We guarantee high quality service to all our clients since our technical engineers are trained and certified by the main manufacturers of electronics, navigation communication and safety systems. Our engineers receive regular training on the latest market developments and international regulations to keep their knowledge up to date and ensure the highest quality service.
Since most of our clients literally sail all over the world and expect the best service, our technical team plays a leading role in our organization. At Navee Technology, we spend a high percentage of our annual budget on training courses globally with more than 30 international manufacturers.
At Navee Technology we have our own training center in-house. This is the most effective way to ensure that our technicians are receiving ongoing training on equipment from the manufacturers we represent. Technicians can have physical access to equipment for long periods of time which ensures that engineers become familiar with it.
In the training room, different navigation, communication and safety equipment are permanently installed and interconnected. Our technical engineering department has many years of experience, being available to our clients for any technical questions or solutions that may require their extensive knowledge. In this department we also create the necessary technical drawings for the installation and commissioning of the vessel’s equipment in the easiest and most functional way possible. In addition, we have a department dedicated exclusively to VDR / SVDR which acts as an interface between the client, the classification society and the manufacturer.
